How do I track my delivery?
Once your order is processed by our vendor partner, you will receive a real-time tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp. You can also view active rider movement coordinates directly in the MeatsFresh Mobile App.
What are the standard delivery timings?
Our same-day fast delivery operates from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
How do I become a vendor partner?
Local premium meat shops can register on our Partners Portal. Navigate to the Partners page from the navbar or footer, read the terms, and submit your shop details. Our team onboarding takes less than 7 days.
What is the refund & return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, returns are only accepted if the seal is broken upon arrival, or if you receive the wrong product. Please register a dispute through the app support panel within 2 hours of delivery.
